This course lays the conceptual foundation and practical approach to developing successful social media marketing plans while achieving desired marketing goals. This technology facilitates tracking customers across platforms through tracking cookies, the use of Adwords, and setting specific metrics.

Use exact file names when saving. To a computer Index.html (capital I) is different than index.html (lower case i). To make it easy to remember I used all lower case leters.

For this project try to think of a new product in terms of a line extention or new model year. New models can be a "new" car model year or a future generation xbox 2020 or the iPhone 10zx. This concept combines the creativity of the ablility to learn from the current version.

A customer Persona is the social media version of a target market. With social we are able to know alot more about our customers and develop a highly personalized profile of our customers.

We take the basis of segmenting a consumer market and add apoun it with indepth lifestyle, behavioral, and preference data. In addition, the Persona is able to be more focused since all social platforms have a unique audience and vibe.
